5 - My tracking information is not updating, why?

After we provide you tracking number, it takes 3 to 7 days usually until the postal offices register and update the package information. If it takes longer than 7 days, please contact us.

 

6 - Can I return my item?

7 - Do you accept wholesale orders or drop-shipping?

8 - If I do not receive my order, what you would do?

If you do not receive within the time frame stated on our Shipping Information page, please contact us with your order number, we investigate the problem with shipping company and if item be lost we completely refund the money back or we will re send the item if you are still interested in receiving it.
